The Maze

The Maze
Fall seven times,
stand up eight.
Japanese proverb

Your usual life is not one of injury, so when injury strikes you are ill-equipped to know what to do. By definition a new injury is a new experience. We are good at what we know and what we practice, and as general rule, we don’t know injury. All the practice you put into your sport makes you well-equipped to handle the competition, but an injury isn’t something you can prepare for.
