I define an athlete as anyone who uses exercise to connect with their life. I work with every level of athlete, from avid walker to professional.

Please contact me if you are struggling. There’s no minimum injury requirement. You don’t need to be an elite or professional athlete. You don’t need an injury lasting at least 22.5 months. You don’t need to be incapacitated. You only need be someone who would like guidance and help and who desires a more constructive approach to injury.
